DEDICATED TO SAFETY
The Noah Bates Memorial Foundation is a Texas based charity, formed in honor of Noah Hudson Bates, an 11-year-old elementary student from Aledo, TX. Noah was tragically killed on May 15, 2022, because of an Off-Road Motor Vehicle accident. The foundation believes that education is key to preventing accidents and promoting safety. We intend to work with schools and communities to raise awareness of the inherent dangers of these vehicles and promote safe riding practices.
We believe that through collaboration with industry leaders, we can help improve the safety of these vehicles and reduce accidents and fatalities.
The foundation is committed to supporting families who have lost a loved one due to an Off-Road Motor Vehicle accident by providing them with emotional support and grief counseling resources. In addition, the foundation aims to work with local and national organizations to improve safety regulations and standards for Off-Road Motor Vehicles.
In honor of Noah's memory, the Noah Bates Memorial Foundation is committed to making a difference and improving the safety of those who use Off-Road Motor Vehicles. We believe that by working together, we can prevent future tragedies and keep riders of all ages safe while enjoying these Off-Road Motor Vehicles.

Noah's energy and passion for life inspired those around him to strive for greatness. He pushed his teammates to work harder on the field, and his friends to be their best selves off the field. Noah's infectious smile and positive attitude made everyone feel welcomed and loved.
Even in the face of adversity, Noah never lost his fighting spirit. Noah's courage and determination inspired his family, friends, and community to come together and support him.
Though Noah's time with us was tragically cut short, his legacy lives on through the many lives he touched. He will forever be remembered as a shining example of what it means to live life to the fullest and to love fiercely. Noah’s IMPACT on countless lives is still being realized.
